I have payed thousands to do a course too but it isnt at a uni where alot of the students like protesting over crap etc, it is at a private training place in north adelaide, somewhere with alot more morals than some of the uni students i have seen protesting

FOR THE 6,563,469th time, I have followed Essendon for 10 years and have ALWAYS been supporting them in that time despite the tough years that we had for a while, I have also supported Glenelg for even longer than Essendon and as most will know Glenelg have finished near the bottom more than they have finished near the top, and I would NEVER switch from Glenelg. I have also been a member of both clubs for 10 years at least and dont miss too many glenelg games as well as going to Melbourne for 2-3 minor round games a year, plus I have paid $1000 for the last 3 years to go to the grand final which paid off last year when we won it !

This is an interesting fact, 'coz I reckon Glenelg might have the _best_ record in non-Grand finals. Currently the Bays are on a 5-game non-grand-final losing streak, which may have dented the statistic a bit; but generally speaking Glenelg tends to win non-grand finals better than any (*) other club.
Sadly it's the Grand Finals which are remembered - and you don't fill a trophy cabinet by winning semifinals. Such is the lot of the Glenelg supporter.
(*) - disclaimer: I don't have the finals results for the last 50 years at my fingertips right now. Maybe 1 or 2 clubs have better finals records. The point remains - over history Glenelg has had an exemplary record in non-grand finals matches.
