View Full Version : Rd 12 - Freo vs. North Melbourne @ Subiaco
This game last year ended Chris Connolly's era at Freo and also ended Freo's finals hopes in 2005.
I think the payback is on the horizon. Freo will win this one and seriously dent NM's finals hopes. Roger Hayden is a certainty and Dodd and Drum look like being in consideration to fill the holes in defence.

Roos should get up this week. We dont drop many games we should win. We won 11 of 12 games against the bottom 8 last year i think it was and seriously pushed geelong last week.
This week we should get back wells, thompson and jones to make a big difference.
"They should" and "they will" are 2 different things. We should've won quite a few games but we didn't.

Hard game to tip. I tipped Freo but am still mulling over a change before the game.
North to beat the Dangerous Dockers. Can't say when I think of DD's I am thinking of the Dockers...
If we play like we did against the Cats last week we will win by 10 goals. :p

I know it all means nothing whatsoever but Freo have been so close in so many games, losing to us by 1 point, Dogs by 3, Melbourne after leading by 51........they could easily be in top 8 contention now...means nothing though.

The thing is, the gut said Freo, but the head said North.
Kinda suspected that after all the close losses the dockers were close to letting it all out on a team but the way North played against us last week thought they'd surely win.
I think they should just tank the rest of the season, they won't do anything useful with middle of the road duds.
