:eek: Poor old Mark Williams and Port Adelaide. They were beaten by that wicked and greedy Carlton side who have been hoarding first round draft picks and have a President with lots of money and a private plane.
Aren't we a dreadful lot for working our way through the sh*t deal we were handed by Demitriou, copping 5 years of pain and ridicule and putting a plan in place to get us flag no.17. This is from a mob of perrenial chokers who hoarded players for 5 years before they got into the AFL.
Would someone please get me a very large box of tissues as I am about to breakdown and start crying over how bad and wicked we are.
What an absolute tosser Williams is.
Get used to all the crap that is going to start coming our way now that we look like making a move back up the ladder. Imagine the screams from the Lexus Centre when fix up the Filth next week. Tanking, hoarding,cheating and price fixing, watch all this come out over the next few weeks if we start winning.

lets not get ahead of ourselves. collingwood are the most in-form side in the comp right now.
When will dropkicks like Williams start to realise the generation of the board and players involved in the price-fixing etc etc is no longer at the club.
The current board had inherited debt debt debt and a young list with quite a few non worthy AFL players.
In fact the current board should be applauded, look at the passion shown by Dick towards this team.... it's unsurpassed by any other president (except for Eddie). They have made great inroads to improve our marketability and have now become a force to lure good players, into a State flooded by the majority of teams.
So Chocko... go choke on your words, just be careful that your players don't follow you on this one as they already choke enough already!

Exactly right. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. We played one good quarter of footy. But I agree entirely with the post. When we come, wether it be 2008 or 2009 or 2010 then we will hear a lot of this, we will cop a lot of flak...endless, endless jealousy!

We have worked our way through the hefty punishment that was rightly or wrongly handed out in terms of draft picks.
We have played it very smart and now it is all starting to gel. Exceptional drafting to build a powerhouse midfield which is where flag contention starts but it is back lines that get you over the line and ours will be un stoppable in the coming years!

Carlton coach Brett Ratten has aimed a stinging bitch slap at his Port Adelaide counterpart, branding Mark Williams a 'bad loser' over his put-downs of the Blues in the lead-up to and after last Sunday's clash at AAMI Stadium.
"Personally, I didn’t think Mark would be such a bad loser, but that's the way it goes," he said at Princes Park.
"He doesn't have to (apologise), that's his point of view and that's the way he sees it but he talks about first round draft picks and I thought every team got a first round draft pick."
Asked what prompted Williams to attack Carlton, Ratten replied: "Maybe it might be to deflect what he's got going on over there."
"It's good that people are starting to get back into us and rib us and things like that but we’re just worrying about what we have to do this week."
The niggle between Ratten and Williams has set the scene for a fascinating return clash between Carlton and Port in Round 19 at Telstra Dome.
While Ratten was able to have his say on Wednesday, he was disappointed to be robbed of the last word on Sunday by Port Adelaide supporters who made a quick exit from AAMI Stadium.
"I think at three-quarter time when I walked down I copped a few handy sprays there, so I was looking for them - where are you now," he said.

Short memory has our Choko (spelt correctly) Williams.
When this deprived piece of 'power' came into the real world of football, handouts were all aplenty for the 'teal' terrors.
Six top ten picks in the first three drafts.....three in the first season!
Not our fault four of the six were shite, one left for the Dockers(lol) and now only the biggest mouth (besides his mentor) remains to spur us on to memorable wins over the rabble.
