They're saying Matthew Kreuzer is good enough to be the next Josh Fraser . . big raps, do you think he can live up to them? Anyway, who do you think would be the better player?

He hasn't shown anything to suggest that he will be the next Dean Cox. I think if he reaches Fraser's level he has done well, and that isn't saying that Fraser is a superstar, it's saying that i don't think Kruezer will ever be elite, just like Fraser has never become elite

why would he want to be the next fraser?

Fraser easily :thumbsu:

Kreuzer wishes he was like him.

Both very similar players and Kreuzer is widely regarded as the next Josh Fraser.

Couldn't really split them.

Perhaps we should do something similar with Leuenberger/Cox as the berger is seen by most as the next Cox.

What about Leuenberger V Street. Both similar types. :)

Fraser?

Kreuzer's heart and attack on the footy will see he never ends up being an average/slightly above average plodder like Josh Fraser. Kreuzer is on target to being one of the game's best ruckmen - just how far he goes, time will tell.

yes after 11 games i think we can clearly see he is only going to be average. nevermind that most draftees don't even play in their first year.

Good call:thumbsu: Most ruckmen are duds around the ground or in the ruck duels and offer very little with the exception of fraser, cox, white and maybe jolly... kreuzer will join that list soon after a year or two

Fraser was doing the same stuff when he first started as kruezer is doing now.

In his first two years fraser looked like he would go on and be a brilliant player but because of poor support in the ruck he has just withered away badly.

He looks so old these days.

Who knows how kruezer will turn out but ill predict he will be better than fraser.

I think people forget how good Fraser was in his first 2 years. I doubt Kreuzer will match Fraser's record.

Will he improve more throughout his career? Carlton would hope so.
