When some opposition players always fire against WC but never/rarely anyone else? Lucas, Hille and Laycock ALWAYS!:rolleyes:

I agree totally especially Hille and Lucas, they have both done it for years.
Classic example round 22 last year....Bloody Essendon!!!!!!!!

Hille is an average player who always turns it on against us. Now watch all the Bombers fans talk him up as an 'Elite' ruckman

yeah some adelaide's middle sized forwards - welsh, perrie, mcgregor, always seemed to have good games against us... prior to our owning of them from 2005 onwards.

michael o'loughlin was another we struggled against (another middle sized forward) but then he is a pretty classy player.

Fellas, I think there are always some players who stand out against certain clubs. There are a whole heap of players who always play unusually well against Essendon, and often teams who have been quiet absolute fire and destroy us.

I know how you feel boys, but I don't think it's exclusively a West Coast thing. :thumbsu:

Hille is certainly not as good as Cox, but he was our acting captain when Lloyd was out in 06, and was also selected for the state of origin match. He has had a few BOG this year, and whilst he is doesn't always do this well, it's not like this game was all that unusual.

Hille only played on Seaby coz he was dominating Cox, and woosha was trying to put Cox against Laycock :o And I may be mistaken, but hasn't Cox been playing injured for a while now?

To win you guys simply need to isolate M.Seaby at full forward... the guy is an absolute super-star, forget about over-rated players like J.Brown or M.Pavlich... get Seaby one out in the square and you will win many more than you will lose :thumbsu:

Poor troll, Seaby is actually a good mark and accurate kick. Not a permanent forward option, but not a spud up there either.

Right.

Haha, I reckon.

Lucas kicking three goals is a let-off.

Seven goals in one quarter though... THAT was impressive.
