Hawks main training session?

Hey,

I was wondering which day is best to take my niece & nephew to Waverley to see the Hawks train and hopefully get an autograph or two for them?

I believe it's Thursdays, although confirm that with someone who has been before...

It's hard to say.

monday is recovery day and therefore it is mostly indoors. A few....and I mean a few... might come downstairs for a gentle jog or a casual kick.

Sometimes the players have Tuesdays off, but Wednesday is the "usual" day off.

To make it more complicated training on Tues or Wed can be offsite at a "Secret" location. This can be an indoors session or at a remote oval location. no one will tell you if they will be at Waverley or not.

They are usually there on Thursdays but this is often a closed session and spectators are moved on.

Sorry it is grim news but you will perhaps appreciate all the more the work the RustBucket does to bring training news to this site. It is an investment in personal time that can go unrewarded....unless he happens to meet up with me, and then it's an occassion when all the chickens come home to roost. He he.

If you can wait until July 12th, it's Super Saturday (playing Swans the next day at the MCG)
