I might have jumped the gun on this.
HAWKS HEROES has suggested she talked to him afterwards and he is hopeful of playing next week.

On the Hawkeye forum somebody said he jarred his knee, what does that mean? Guys relax I'm pretty sure its only a jarring of the knee.

ahhh if he had done that i am sure he would have been depressed when i spoke to him .
i saw what happened as he was only 5 m at the most away from me when it happened yes he looked in pain as does anything when you first hurt yourself saw him when he came out later to watch next game seemed happy was hoping to be ok for next week hope that what you have heard is totally wrong he was walking with out the sticks even though he had them with him so i have been told maybe he used them just to get up the hill ?

his right knee was the one bandaged now i think thats right, i am trying to remember what i saw he landed on left side his right knee may have been hurt when hitting his own left knee or had some contact with another player as it was in a contested situation
as i chat alot i do tend to forget the little things like the bit on which leg it was sorry i am sure it was right knee that was bandaged but apologize if i am wrong there :o

Posterior Cruciate Ligament... The Ruckman injury. The one McIntosh got. It is at the back of the knee.

he was in forwards line when he did it but he did got up and try for a mark ? so will have to wait and see

Max Bailey – Mitchell said he expected him back soon, but would probably miss out next week.
Found this on the box hill report on the hfc website, hopefully the injury is nothing major!

Confirmed.
Bailey has ruptured his ACL graft, undergoing surgery in the coming weeks

Max has re-done his ACL. News at the club website. Terrible news.

Feel really bad for the guy.
His facebook status says he wants to lock himself in a dark dark room and drink scotch.
Terrible thing to happen to such a great bloke.

Send him off to Malceski's doctor and wrap in cotton wool until next season. Seems like something not right with Musto doing the same thing earlier in the season.

Sadly As Much As He Was Positive [maybe Hoping For Good News Not Bad And Did Not Want Me Sad] He Ruptured His Graft That Was Put In When It Was Fixed :(:(:(:(
Hopefully He Recovers Quicker This Time And They Still Keep Him So We See His Big Potential As I Know He Will Be An Awesome Ruckman
