Hawthorn the youngest team in Rd 12

It's quite amazing that Hawthorn fielded the youngest and least experience team for rd 12 and came away with one of the hardest task in winning in Adelaide.
The average age for Hawthorn was 23.4 and 61.3 games.The second youngest was Carlton @23.5 and 62.7 respectively( who also had good win against Collingwood) i'm sure that will change when the likes of Crawford ,Croad etc come back into the side,but for the mean time we can at least gloat.

Very exciting. Well we do have the youngest list in the AFL:

Hawthorn boasts the youngest list in the league going into season 2008, with the average age of the group a tender 23 years.

The best thing is, the kids who played will be better for the run.

Renouf in particular will learn alot after playing at this level and it'll hopefully spur him onto greater heights for the remainder of the year at BH.
