Just wanted to see just how true/not true the stereotype was...

i hate the stereotype because i fit it so well (except for going to the dome and buying a membership)

as for the snow. i'm going twice, mid week and then to america in january. so unless i get snowed in i won't miss any footy

You should have made it a public poll, it's far too easy for opposition supporters to jump in and vote yes this way.

It would be more interesting to see who actually posts yes or no.

I'm a no.

Can't afford to go to the snow!

As a matter of interest, if we boost our membership through the Casey venture and recruit a lot of members from out that way over time,What is going to happen to our Range Rover driving stereotype?

What are those extremely quick witted individuals who trot out the "Snow" jokes every year going to do?

Just saw the poll and thought I'd have to jump in. Leaving tomorrow for Canberra and will be in Perisher on thursday for the season. My advice; Go midweek so you avoid all the lift queues and can still make it to the footy. Oh, 90cm is also expected first week of July ;)

I was born in Altona and spent my first three years in Willy, do I count?
And I haven't been to the snow for 27 years.

The snow is fun, but A) I can't afford to go, and B) I can't ski.

So no is that answer from me.

Yeah I'll be going for about a week, really enjoy it. I'm not sure if I'll miss a game though but I said I might miss one

I've been a few times. Once when I was about 6 and in the past 10 years or so since my family moved up to the country we've been lucky enough to have some snow a few times.

The only time I've gone to the mountains though since I was about 6 was an outdoor ed camp in year 11. Had an awesome time but poor uni students like me can't afford it all the time.

That's just plain freaky.

And no, I've never been skiing, never been interested. The only snow I've ever seen was in Switzerland 10 years ago.

No interest. Got dragged along once when I was about five and spent the whole week in the ski lodge playing Galaga and Elevator Action.

If you really wanted to check the stereotype you'd survey all the other clubs as well.
