What are our thoughts, I am heading to the game with a mate, after copping alot of shit from my teammates about not playing for my side today, we are a little bit short in a game we would normally win easy.

I have seen a reasonable amount of richmond, they play like geelong without the skills, they basically try a lot of high skilled fancy stuff, and they turn the ball over alot. last week against melbourne when the game was on the line in the last quarter, I have never seen so many errors from either side.

I think the game is ours for the taking, they have richo and brown but I am happy for richo to get kicks on the wing. I dont rate their defence and they have the ability to bleed goals. I think motlop/grey/ebert will kick 7-9 goals today, and if rain comes then they will be crucial. Chad should stay in defence in all and with matty thomas/lower down there I am much more confident that when surjan was running the ball out.

Here's hoping our ultra-small forward line doesn't result in a game like the one at TD last night. It was excruciating watching two teams trying not to lose inching their way forward. At least Freo just banged it in long to Pav occasionally. Heaven help us if this is the way football is heading. Give me a game with big key forwards that a team is willing to attack long to anyday.

Seems the same as Carlton match to me, Richmond will play attacking, just need to punish them on the turnovers. Play 4 quarters and we win, otherwise..... Actually that probably applies to all our games so far this year :eek:

We haven't played 4 quarters for a long time either. Against Melbourne we played one quarter and destroyed them.

Should be a good, close game with this weather.
