I have pretty much all of his recordings, great stuff. His most recent stuff was gold, just seemed to get better.
Will be missed.
I am speechless really. George Carlin was a true great and always said what we all know deep down is true. A real loss. R.I.P George.

Amazed he lasted so long considering he admitted to being stoned just about every day of his life.

Bingo. He was never in my 'top 5' or anything, but the guy never sold out - and when you think about how long he'd been in the business, that's pretty impressive.

Watched a special featuring him just the other night. Major figure in reshaping comedy. Always did it his way. RIP
