If Wallace wanted more money maybe he could have been given 20 cents from that kid in Sunbury (who probably is an adult now and could afford 40 cents). It helped keep Grant but maybe the two have different sets of morals.
I was a Wallace fan for the most part but I now wonder if the things he said were spin doctoring or if he beleived it. I hope we haven't been conned.
I supported wallace but believed his assistants could have been rejigged from time to time. I hope we get a new panel with more ideas, especially in the one percenters such as tackiling and accountability. Our skill level is very good so he must take credit for that. However you need to cover all facets of the game.
I look forward to a change in our structure. Give height a go not just midfielders.
As I said yesterday, I believe we need a coach who will also be a great teacher for our younger players.
The front windscreen is twenty times bigger than the rear vision mirror. so we must look forward more than we look back. It has happened, we deal with it and then move on. We do have a bright future.
Wallace may have lost his passion and zest for the Doggies after 14 years, but I haven't after 30 years.

But after 15 yrs with em as a job and u probably would be sick of em.

I'm not happy with terry's comments but if he's lost the passion for em then im glad he said, cos if he had stayed i can't see us doing much with a coach that doesn't really care if we get there or not!

Plough has established a fair bit of attacking and running influence in the boys, the next coach hopefully will bring a bit of blance into the mix by making the new priorities TACKLING, ACCOUNTABILITY, SMOTHERS , SHEPHERDS all the 1 percenters.

in other words... what you said turtleman;)

we could be a seriously fierce side with better balance.

yeah, i must admit, as much as everyone is ****ed off at him if he wasn't going we wouldn't b saying that he was a bad coach.
