Next time could you please try and get some pics of the training drill were the player receives the short pass, stops, looks behind him and then handballs to a teammate standing flat footed who is immediately tackled.

I like that one better than the one where they handball back over their heads to their imaginary friend.

I like that one better than the one where they handball back over their heads to their imaginary friend.In the training drill for that one the tackle dummy plays the imaginary friend which is why it doesn't quite look right when they do it during a game.

Peter was there (1st and 16th pics) and only ran and walked laps of the oval.

I like the drill where we synchronise our finger pointing at each other. Maybe we should try synchronised swimming instead of footy.

That is exactly why G Cornes believes that women know nothing about footy. ;) Women just do not recognise the benefits of training.
Now I ask you, how can one have a decent dummy spit if we do not practice it? :p
