... what does an abundance of soft tissue injuries mean?

Unless it's all a co-incidence, what does it suggest about the training program at the club?

... too much leg-related work?

... too much cardio?

... not enough weights programs for the legs?

It's getting slightly concerning, what with Dew pulling out again (though his weight loss could be the prime reason), though Hodge and Lewis pulled up sore today ...

Im no doc but I was thinking exactly the same thing. Our midfielders legs seem to be playing up.. at least one gets injured per game. They should add more weights for legs, especially for the midfielders considering they do alot of footwork and moving around.

We need Dr Peter Laughins for the flog injury report. Gee, I cringe everytime I hear him on the airwaves!

i was stalking to my Chiropractor last week and he was talking to his mates at the club, and the hawks have picked up the intensity at training to put extra fitness in for Sept, that is the reason for some soft tissue and the sluggish look of the players in the last few weeks
