Has anyone ever won mark of the year and goal of the year in the same year? Couldve happened last night. I was watching him and he had no chance in the contest but to fly and bloody hell did he get up. I think it suprised him he got so high, and dropped the mark because of it. What a gun.

Go to youtube and check the highlight package of Cyril. Goes for about 8 minutes and is pure magic.
Takes a mark for Scotch standing on some blokes head.
This kid will be a gem for us.

Getting back to some good form but would love to see him sneak in a few goals here and there like he did the start of the year. :D

It's getting to the point where the crowd gets more excited when he's near the ball then buddy.

I loved that moment last week were he won the ball despite 3 North players swarming around him. Pity nothing came of that play but it was just brilliant.
It's just frightening to think what he's going to be like when he gets 50+ games under his belt and plays with more consistency. :eek:

Pretty sure Michael Mitchell and Peter Bosustow(sp) have won both in the same year.

He's just one of those footballers that makes you feel very safe when he has it in his hands. Interesting thing is when he makes a mistake he is as quick as a cat to rectify it. And on top of that goes in for 2nd, 3rd and 4th efforts. Just absolutely love the way he plays.
People were (still are) hoping that Daniel Wells would rip games apart with those silky skills, but on what we have seen of this young Rioli he is already better. Onya Junior!

was right infront of me, i can tell you he got much higher, he would have been about half a foot above the eagle's head
if you have a look at the footage of the rioli fly you will notice he took his eyes off the ball just for a second to give one of his mates in level 4 a hi 5. thats the only reason why he dropped it. :D

If only he held that mark.
