If you don't want to know the score, look away now (although the topic gave it away)

Hawthorn 11.9 (75)
Geelong 8.9 (57)

Geelong's percentage is now 0.95
Hawthorn's percentage is 0.92 although they can't make the finals.

The rest is now up to us - we win we play finals footy. We lose, the boys have their end of season pïss-up at Steve's Hotel a week early.

We've had every break we could possibly hope for, so far.
There's nothing left now but for the team to deliver. It's crunch time, and I, for one, am looking forward to a truly ferocious game on sunday, with the boys giving every ounce they have to claw their way into the finals.

Well a big thanks to Hawthorn as it was unlikely that the Saints will get over Melbourne tomorrow. The ball is in our court now!

We have faith in you boys.

All I ask from them is that they play to the potential that they have shown in games against, Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney, Collingwood and Essendon.

If they can play their hearts out and perform like they did in those games we will give the Roo's a hard fight, and hopefully come out on top.

Lets do it boys.

Realistcally we should beat the Kangaroos by at least ten goals and the saints will win easily. That will give us a return game against the Kangaroos in the first finals round which we will win easily again. We can expect to then play Adelaide at Footy Park which should be easy as we gain confidence. Then on to play Brisbane at the MCG. Well, we've thrashed them once and will do it again. On to a Grand final with Port, Jones and Fletcher fit again and McDougall after 23 finals goals makes us favourites with WCE winning a tight game by seventeen goals.

best regards

mmmmmm........well I think it's really going to be tough because our early season form was due to a really good midfield that was rotated well. With Fletcher, Wirra and Jones out I think it puts a big burden on Benny.

Im glad that the fate of the club at this moment rests solely in the hands of the players. Straightforward scenario really, win you play in the finals, lose we finish about 9th (i think?)

Should be a good game and hopefully the guys can put in big effort for our second away win.

North are undermanned (Pickett, Stevens, Rocca out) so we should go in with more confidence.

Good luck against the Kangaroos. Really hope you guys win. IT would be good to have another non-Vic side in the finals! :D

At least if the Eagles win we will only have ONE group of drunken footballers on the prowl. :)

I hope they make it! No, really I do. And not just for the above reason.
