G'day everyone,

Just wondering, does anyone know of any pubs on the Sunshine Coast that would show the game live this week? I'm holidaying up there later this week.

Was going to put this on 'The Den' but thought more would see it here.

Any help would be much appreciated. :thumbsu:

Cheers
Cm35

PS: Thanks for your help, TBD. Tried to reply back with another thanks message but you have hit your limit of messages!

Which part of the Sunshine Coast are you holidaying at mate?

I live in Caloundra. So I know the areas between Caloundra to Maroochydore very well. Don't venture to Nambour or Noosa that much.

Places to watch it around the Caloundra/Maroochydore area are:

Caloundra RSL
Kawana Pub
Maroochydore RSL
Yankee Bar (Opposite Alexandra Headland's Surf Club)
Mooloolaba Pub
O'Malley's Irish Pub

Enjoy the holiday. :thumbsu:

Unfortunately, according to this broadcasting guide, the game will be shown on a 3.5hr delay on Ch 7. I know Maroochy isn't Brisbane, but it mostly likely will be the same. It will be shown live on ME 518 but I've got no idea what that is. Just thought you should know in case the pub says they'll have on their screens but not realise it won't be on until 11:30pm. Actually, I have no idea how cable tv works, will it be on Fox regardless of where you live in Australia? I'm not sure. Anyway, I hope this is helpful.

ME518 is Main Event Channel on Foxtel.

Nah, up on the Sunshine Coast we get the game on Channel 7 at 8:30pm.

I think the RSL's show the ME518 games, as well as the normal Fox Sports Channels. Don't think the pubs do, however.

I can recommend O'Malleys. I have had many an enjoyable night there.
