View Full Version : Adam Mcphee's Courage

He had an average game, cost us a goal in the first quarter dropping a simple mark, he held the ball way too long as is his trademark... but when we needed him he risked his own body for the team and the 4 points, for me, he shouldn't be traded or dropped after that effort! Absolutely sensational, it really made a complete ass of Laycock's effort to mark, I thought he was going to have a big game going by his application... I've completely given up on him!!!

Anyway, back to Mcphee, all I can say is how proud I was as a Don supporter, this side is really making me very proud, the spirit is just fantastic and it's something I don't think we've seen for several years!!!

YOU BEAUTY MCPHEE!!!

Two very good moments of courage by Adam. Of course the end of the match and the mark and goal in the 2nd when we were down by 20.

Fantastic courage from Smokey. Capped off a solid game for him, in his second best season for the club.

I have to say that I was a little disappointed with the Age's report crediting Schammer's courage, but not Macca's.:thumbsd:

Far out it was awesome. They both deserved points for the courage. Both were badly winded.

What I also found courageous was big Hille's mark right at the end. Jumped into a pack against the flow. Was great stuff.

Agreed, that was fantastic. Was even better when I watched it again today.

Great stuff from Mcphee, when he had to go he did (not like some other players). Only thing that concerned me with his game is that i noticed he was fumbling quite a bit. If he can be clean with the ball and improve his decision making, he could be a very good player for us

But this is something Mcphee tends to do weekly. Dropping easy marks, not being smart with the footy and not being able to pick up the ball cleanly are his major weaknesses and are holding him back from being a very good player.

It disapeared because it's a Bomber TV video...Oh, I didn't know that. Someone could've told me it was deleted instead of making me feel like an idiot not knowing if I posted it in the right thread or if I poted it at all.
