He used to go alright against Judd. Could he stop the new number 1 player in the game ?

Hard to say. Correct me if I'm wrong but Ablett hasn't been beaten this year has he? So he would have beaten a majority of the best taggers in the league (they've played everyone except Adelaide, Hawthorn and Bulldogs so far) so I reckon if they were to play tomorrow, Ablett would thrash him. But a fully fit Baker in peak form could beat an Ablett not in the crazy career best form he is in. At the moment Ablett is nigh unstoppable.

Don't think he's got the off the mark speed these days.
I was quite happy he was hunting the footy more - before Farmer went weak at the knees.
Would like to see him get back playing regular footy before we set him the hardest roles in footy.
Hopefully he can get something out of this week's Casey game.

Ablett smashed Kane Cornes, who imo is the hands down best tagger in the league, so Bakes atm wouldn't stand a chance.

Pfft, Ablett would end up with negative figures when Bakes is done with him.

A fit Baker not serving a bullt**** suspension? I could see that happening.

Baker would just piss him off to the extent where he is ineligable for the Brownlow. Although I doubt he could stop him (not that we play them anyway)!

Bakes would need a lot of match fitness before he could hope to take on Gablett

He used to treat him like his high school girlfriend and smash him... But last year Gablett turned it around and gave Bakes a lesson.
I think we'd be better off with Lenny going head to head with him and smashing him every time he went near it... Ball would be the other candidate for this job. Problem is how do you stop Corey, Bartel, Ling, Enright and Selwood as well?

Yes , The crows kept hime quiet while the rest of the team went berserk.
And a quiet game for Ablett is like an average DalSanto game.

Baker has spanked Ablett in the past though that was before Ablett was a insane footballer.
