Plus pretty much the rest of the team, how weird is it that two much maligned players are taking all before them.

Schiezenhausen kicking for goal. Good thing they didn't need it today, eh? Lloydy's poster just about clocked me on the noggin. Was fun sitting behind the goals in the P'ford with a bunch of Essendon ferals who taunted McKernan and Houlihan all afternoon, keeping an eye on the West Coast score with good results. Also took home a couple of those souvenir Wegart parody "Spooners '02"posters some guy was giving out. And how 'bout the weather? What a perfect day.
[Votes edited. I hadn't really noticed Pev's performance until everyone else mentioned it. Peverill just does his job so efficiently and so quietly that you hardly ever think about it.]
Lucas
Bolton
misiti
I couldn't fit lloydy in there. Although he kicked five, he dropped quite a few marks in the 2nd and he should've kicked at least a couple more goals. He still seems to have a small case of the yips in front of goals.
I think i'm a little harsh on Matty!:D

He did play very, very well, and hats off to him for finding his form in the backline, but do you guys think the title "CHB" is a tad generous? In reality, he is no CHB. He's more of a flanker.
JohnG - Lloyd's average in AFL footy is 3.55, his average against Carlton is 3.2. Hardly a love affair....?
I reckon Bolton was your best. I can't believe he's the same guy that was such a hack for the first 4 years of his career. I was actually a bit surprised that you kept him on the list for this year. I would've given 2 to Misiti and one to Peverill. Just my feral Carlton opinion of course.

silvagni stopped all the great ones, lockett, dunstall, ablett etc etc. he could not cope with The Great One, when people sprout on about silvagni there should be an asterix, it would go like this.
silvagni had a very good record against the great full forwards of his time *
Lockett
Ablett
Dunstall
* except Matthew Lloyd

Yeah, he wasn't great against Lloyd (what's with "the great one" - surely you jest?), I think Manton's record against Lloyd is better than SOS'.

Good to see you do listen to me Sporny, I have pointed out previously that manton has done better against The Great One than silvagni. Straight to the top of the class.

Manton scrags worse than silvagni. I'm guessing if that geischen didnb't open his fat **** mouth Lloyd would have a bag full against that fag.
