Why Wellingham!!!!!!!!!!!!
not happy at all...
Commentary on the herald sun page says its maxwell that has been left out. if this is true, is this MM's soft way of dropping maxwell?
Herald sun commentary incorrect. was wellingham

I really enjoy watching Wellingham play, but it's great that Anthony got a chance to play tonight. Shame he couldn't have a few more shots to prove himself in the big league though.

Was The Boot injured or dropped?
I thought JA was quite good. His hands were solid and got a bit of it.

Hopefully Sharrod was left out today just to freshen him up. Seemed to have just dropped off a little in the last couple of weeks and with the mid season break gives him a couple of weeks to recharge his batteries.
Hopefully will be back against the Crows at the G next week.
Was good to see JA get another chance this week and would like to see him allowed to put another couple of games together to prove himself.

My brother tipped this on Thursday
They reported in the Sun today that Wellingham missed due to a groin injury. Whether that is true or not we will probably never know.

I don't see any reason to doubt it. Mick can drop him without reason if he likes. He didn't, he was injured.
I heard groin too!
Oh well, Anthony played alright, cracker goal at the end!!

"Unfortunately Sharrod Wellingham had a groin and had to withdraw tonight. He is a player who can set up opportunities". - MM.
