Hi all
The Eagles in their history have played 376 games for two premierships - that's a premiership for every 188 games.
We have now played 185 games since the 1994 Grand Final.... our time has come again!

Interestingly enough....if we can beat the bombers we will play Collingwood probably. I think we can beat collingwood, we might see ourselves into a preliminary final! After that...anything can happen!!!!

im not holding my breath, but stranger things have happened. its been a pretty even year. COME ON BOYS FIRE UP!!!!

Eagles should pay over $5 for a win.
We could do it but it's unlikeley. Too many factors against us including the ground, the travel, two interstate trips in five days, the umpires, our younger blokes and our injury list.
Now maybe the Bombers will go down with a nasty 24 hour virus starting Saturday morning.

I'd feel more confident playing Collingwood at the MCG than Essendon at Colonial...
so if we get over Essendon this weekend and Collingwood get thumped by Port Adelaide - I'd think we could go ok in the finals.
I agree. If we can get over Essendon, I think Collingwood would be possibly a win. And wouldn't it be Jako's 250th game?
On Cometti Live last night he said that people in Perth were happy that the Eagles were in the finals, but that there didn't seem to be much optimism that they would go past the 1st elimination final. We'll just have to make a lot more noise about it, won't we!!
