Hey all - I have a friend who is an AFL Member with Collingwood Club support. He received an email from the AFL a few weeks back saying that the game has been upgraded to a ticketed match. Email stated that tickets would be on sale for North AFL Members on Wed 2nd July and other AFL Members on Friday 4th July.

He then went on-line to purchase tickets on Saturday morning to only be given the option of public seating where he would have to pay about $20 on Level 3. Question is why can't he get the same seats if not better than the public for the usual $5 or so?

Has anyone else had any dramas?

Cheers :)

I've had that problem before. It sux bigtime. Its coz TD dont have anywhere near as many seats as the MCG does available for AFL members. They've all probably been taken.

I'm pretty sure only 6000 seats are available for AFL members.
3000 on level 1 and 3000 on level 3.

I'm betting they have all been sold
