Everyone watch the Footy Show tonight Daisy is gonna be on for the third time this season. Good to see an intelligent pannelist on the show for once.

Join Garry Lyon, James Brayshaw, Sam Newman and Trevor Marmalade for all the latest news and entertainment from the footy world.

In yet another Footy Show exclusive, Hawthorn goal ace Lance “Buddy” Franklin is tonight’s special guest. Buddy speaks about his on-field form, his off-field challenges and the Hawks’ chances of September glory.

And the big names just keep coming, with Brisbane Lions’ superstar Jonathan Brown heading up this week’s panel. Joining him on the show are Collingwood young gun Dale Thomas and Richmond star Nathan Brown.

The bright lights of the harbour city and the fallout from the latest Barry Hall incident send Sam to Sydney in search of answers in this week’s edition of Street Talk.

Nine’s AFL Editor Craig Hutchison comes armed with all the latest breaking news and issues.

We preview all eight games of footy this weekend, looking at the ins and outs for each club.

Maybe he'll smear Hutchy with shoe polish :rolleyes:

The Footy Show could be half decent if they replaced Brayshaw and Newman with some real comedians who can make sketches with actual, funny ideas in them! Have Newman do pre-recorded reels (if they _have_ to) and Marmalade can still lob his jokes in every now and again. The show still has potential to entertain AND inform, not just end up like yer Uncle Dick's bad joke every week...

Very hard to see that happening...as long as he is popular Collingwood and the AFL will make as much mileage out of him as possible. It is good though that apart from being popular he can actually play footy.:thumbsu:
