Very, very, very good game. He is like a wet blanket right now - he just suffocates forwards. They can't do anything with him. Fev got 3 from 2 frees - but game away a free off play and a 50m because he socked Maxy twice out of sheer blind frustration! Maxy was all smiles.
I noticed his shoulder was tinted blue for most of the game - I think that was some of Fev's gloss rubbing onto him, Hudghton stuck to him so tightly all night!

I did notice that it was not Max getting hugged by Fev after the game. Some excellent s***stirring as well as beating him in play.
I dont know why he is not considered a good full back by so many people ( ie non St Kilda supporters ).
Hope he goes round again next year.

having one of his best years. Seriously underrated as one of the premier full backs of the current game! I cant wait to see if he lines up on buddy this weekend. A great test for him. I too would love to see him for a few mone years, pivital to our current back line set up!
for sure the most underrated backmen in the comp. he also gets way too many free kicks paid against him. he has great closing speed on his opponents, gets a fist in there, does nothing wrong and gets a free kick paid. great player:)
