Rumour has it that a few profile player's heads will roll at year end if the bombers dont make the prelminary final as a minimum, so the pressure is on. You gotta say the draw has opened up nicely for them, West Coast Eagles will be a cake walk for the Bombers, then most likely will get the Magpies, which on current form, you would say Bombers would start favorites.

So if it all goes to plan, the axe might be left in the shed for the time being, but with the season Essendon has had, l wouldnt be putting money on it.

Cakewalk...i hope WCE prove u wrong
Even if we lose i don't think it will be a cakewalk...although with the loss of a True champion like D.ick Reynolds you guys will more than likely win.

RIP D.ick

Let's suppose Collingwood win this weekend and we play Port at Football Park in week two.

Let's suppose we play magnificently and Lloyd has a kick after the siren to win the game.

Are you saying that if he kicks the goal, heads won't roll, but if he misses, then heads WILL roll? Decisions on the playing list shouldn't come down to one game. We have had enough problems this year, that regardless of what happens in September, changes need to be made - whether we go out this week, or win the flag.

There is no such rumour at Essendon, despite Wraths (a roos supporter) attempts to start one.

I don't like the way you say this.

Three words:

Carlton. Preliminary. 99.
