Help would be appreciated.

You were never going to miss it ;)

All afternoon games in Melbourne start at 12.10 Perth time (1.10 occasionaly on Sundays), but finals start 20 minutes later for pre-match entertainment/national anthem etc. I don't know how you got your times mixed around :) And how could 12.30 Melbourne time be 2.30 Perth time? :D

So will I :(

Managed to swap the roster around last week so I could go to the last home game for the year, so I'm not so sure there'll be anyone willing to help me this week :( At this stage I'm thinking of taking a little TV with me, and trying to keep busy out the back while the game's on..... Or perhaps I could encorporate a TV into a display of some kind... Or just call in 'sick'.

BUT, there's still flights available with Virgin Blue... very tempting! (If there's anyone out there with a spare grand PM me ;) I'll buy you a drink in return? :p ) I said midseason that if we made the finals I'd go, since my planned trip was cancelled... but I honestly didn't expect us to make it after losing 4 in a row, so I'm too broke to fly over, however I do have an awesome new TV & video to watch the replay on... I should've had more faith :o

My standing plan for some time now: if the Eagles make the GF, we'll pile into my brother's EH and drive to Melbourne eating 2min noodles to save money for the scalpers. An excellent plan, if I do say so myself. Not one that's too likely to be needed this year though.
