Hasn't Kosi hit his straps? Wow:cool: his contested marking is the benchmark of the AFL at the moment. He even has found some touch with the ball - picking it up like a rover and going for a run. His kicking isn't his strength, but he can really contribute on the scoreboard - especially when we can get it to him close to goal.

I'm loving it :thumbsu:

Gotta love it when Riewoldt and Kozzie are going up for them.

Kozzie came down hard on that knee but lucky the game was at the G. The dome surface is not so forgiving.

I think the rest really did our boys good.

It was good to see Kosi and roo fire.

But Kosi i think is a bit hot and cold. Almost a Matthew Richardson of old.
Lets hope he can start stringing a few more games together in some red hot form.

Kozi is starting to motor along nicely.

I yhink he has re-gained his confidence. Well get better still IMO.

I think that two big factors helping him are:

that Roo is fully fit and back in form too = more for the opposition to worry about
that our midfield group has been expanded and is playing better with quicker and more fluid ball movement = more and better opportunities

Kosi just has to look at his mate Roo to realise that if you want to be an elite player, you have to good to outstanding in almost every game you play, and if you have a night off, thats excusable. Its all about having an influence on the end result.

Over the past two years, the realistic Saints supporters would probably say that Kosi's quiet ones have outnumbered his good ones. He's looked better over the past month, but Kosi being Kosi, who knows what his next month will see.

Fingers crossed because he is SO important for us.

How good was the goal in the last qrt? Dal Santo was not confident and passed to Kosi. Drilled it to steady the Saints.:)

If Kosi was more consistent then he'll move into the elite category. Great hands, massive motor and strong. If we got Kosi playing well week in week out close to goal while we got Rooey doing the Richo and being our link up man that we desperately need since we're turning it over at half back every five minutes we'll become a much better side.

Kozzie is the teams X factor and probably the 4th most important player behind Rooey, lenny and max
