If we beat North we play the loser of Bris vs Adel at the G. The Next step would be the Pies at the G, followed by Bris/Ess in the big one.

It's all opened up.

Well said mate!

The Pies winning is sensational for us. What we need to do now is make good on it. It looks as though we may end up with the Crows at FP and with our road form, they are beatable (plus have a small forward line!).

Then the Pies. Again, beatable when we are on.

Anything can happen from here on in! GO THE MIGHTY BLOODY DEMONS! :D :D

IF WE WIN THE SEMI-FINAL, WE PLAY PRELIM FINAL:

What a fantastic win by the Pies.........something I could not have said a few years ago......but since I started to follow rugby league, my feelings towards other afl teams has changed and I am more *cool* about afl teams.

Must say I am impressed with Mick Malthouse and how he and Eddie have set about changing Collingwood's fortunes.

Cheers

hmmm nice work maggies. shut all those port mongrels up over here. but umm yeah nice to see that we have a somewhat better path to a GF. although i dont like the sound of Collingwood in a prelim. we have struggled against them the last couple of times. :( oh well until tomorrow night its all hypothetical.

I prefer us to play the Maggies out of the Top 4. Last time we played them, they were pulling goals out of their collective asses (RE: Tarrant), and this time around their forwards are not in as blistering form.

We have to get there first though!

I could not believe how much I was barracking for the Pies last night. I was taught not only to barrack for Melbourne, but to HATE Collingwood and here I was cheering them on to a Prelim Final! But it is a great result for Melbourne. But it all means nothing if we do not win on Sunday.

so if we win today, its the crows next week at the G... after the form they played in last night (i didnt see it all, but i did see bits and pieces of it...) that shouldnt be too hard a match.
its all about today tho!

GO DEES!!!!

I'd prefer not to count our chickens before they're hatched, but coming off a big win (with a very impressive final term - I was almost praying for the siren to go to end the Roos' agony); and with the Crows coming off 2 rather huge and, you'd have to say, probably fairly demoralising defeats; you'd have to rate us a bit of a chance next week, wouldn't you?

Now that was a long sentence.

Mate, I'd fancy our chances more this week than last week. Getting past the gritty Kangaroos was the big hurdle IMO. Crows at the G puts us with a big advantage. We must take advantage of it.
