When you are really struggling for form with the ball?

At the moment I am all over the shop and I am scared I will hit someone in the head the amount of half-trackers I am bowling at the moment, I don't know what has happened either.

Last night I was starting to get things back on track and got a couple of people out at training but it was really frustrating.

Any tips?

LOL! :D

Mate I know exactly what you mean.

I went down the nets with my mate not too long ago to have a hit, had not bowled in ages, and well he was ducking for cover at first.

I just had to slow up and work my way into it, instead of trying to go hell for leather straight away :D

I've just got to get used to the swinging ball again because, (I'm trying to say this modestly) I do swing the ball a long way for an outswinger.

Sorry Hoggy - I haven't met you yet. You must have been at the training session I was at on Sunday, because I think I only received about half a dozen balls that landed in my half of the pitch...

Just keep working on it - the more bowling you do, the better they will start coming out...
