Is Mills a 'chucker'?

Watching the Aussies smash the Kiwis yesterday and I notice that when they did a slow motion on Mills delivery action he really looks to be chucking it. Tony Cozier said his action was 'interesting' which seemed to suggest he thought he chucked as well.

Anyone else have a comment?

I reckon he will have to be scrutinized as Murali and Aktar were if all's fair.
