Well done BCCI

Their first and third openers, the keeper who played here last week, a couple of all rounders, the former captain and possibly the one who would be next in line if Ashraful gets the chop all 'retired' in their early 20s to play ICL. 14 players in total.

Can't believe Nafees left. He looks pretty talented.

Bangladesh won't be the only team who will suffer. It looks like my worst suspicions are confirmed. India and probably England and Australia aside, the rest of the countries look like they will lose their players to this money-grabbing tournament and make International Cricket weaker as they cannot compete with the money that is being offered. The players choosing the Champions League tournament over the chance to represent your country are potentially being set up for the rest of their lives with the money they will receive.
International Cricket could very well be ****ed.:thumbsd:

They're ****ed.

Nafees and Ashraful are their only good batsmen. Mortaza is their only good bowler, so they're lucky he's staying. But Ashraful is in terrible form atm.

The BCCI give me the shits. Soon they're gonna be forcing pinecones down peoples throats unless they don't play in the IPL etc.

I could have put my post too politely. The BCCI as usual are only thinking of themselves and not the good of the game or the fans worldwide. Bunch of ****wits and I would rather look after a bunch of kindergarten children on a weekday or at childcare than have to deal with those childish dummy spitters.:o

It's the BCCI's grand master plan. Weaken all the other countries by mass exodus, yet they'll still have a full strength squad. Beautiful.

Yeah, a grand master plan to be no.1 in the world (by default).

basterds

this one step backwards for bangladesh cricket if the players get banned from playing for thier country, means they will have to pick a team nearly from scratch :thumbsd:

Blame the pissweak ****ing ICC.

Any idiot could see this coming a mile off, but they're too concerned about their income, and too gutless and weak to stand up to India.

If the ICC allowed the ICL players to play for their own country's domestic comp. rather than kowtowing to India it wouldn't be such a problem. Looks like Bangers are going to lose as many as SA to the ICL.

What a farce.

They've been banned for ten years from playing for the Bangers. How rooted are they going to be now?
