That was one hell of a game of footy, too bad there had to be a loser. Congratulations Collingwood on a fantastic effort, best GF for years.

It is little consolation but I thought you guys were sensational.
Mickey flagged what I was thinking at his press conference that the young guys might think this is easy and drop their intensity and hunger next year like Geelong did in 1990 but Eddie, Mickey and Bucks won't let that happen.

I just have one thing to say to all of the Collingwood fans that were saying a bunch of crap before the Grandfinal. I TOLD U SO!!!!! Like you ever had a chance.lol.:p

I dont agree with what youve posted. I think the Pies did a great job and I have to say they were unlucky not to be premiers 2002!

I agree they were ok but you have to admit Brisbane were not at their best. I just said what I said because alot of the Collingwood Supporters were mouthing off at me and I just told them what I had told them from the start.

Sorry I don't agree with that. I see it as at the times when you seem at your best you have taken out and injured player already injured players have been in the team which you think makes you look better.
Anyway it doesn't matter now. You lost who cares.

Commiserations, Pie Supporters.
I got bagged big time on The Blue View for supporting you guys on GF Day - bitter Carlton supporters over there ranting on about wooden spoons, Joffa and the like. But when it comes down to it, the Pies are a Victorian team, and i HATE Brisbane with a passion (especcially that ungly pock faced Akermanis). It really was heart breaking to see you lose to them and to hear some of the comments made in the week following the final. Just be glad you made it there, and remember karma. Maybe next year hey! :D

I know, i think i was the only one.... but i'm not doing what everyone else does just because everyone else went for Brisbane - we all have our reasons for supporting who we did that day!

As much as opposition supporters are born and bred to hate the pies, have to say that you guys did really well in the GF and it was good to see such a close contest. I honestly expected you to get a belting and to see your fighting spirit really stuck it up teams who were scared of Brisbane all year and went into their game expecting a spanking. Having said that I dont know if I could have dealt with a Collingwood win...lol...Eddie...Collingwood supporters etc..lol. Well done and good luck next year!
