Hmmm hard to imagine the man behind Young Einstein and Mr Accident doing a serious war movie. Yahoo can not be serious

I read with surprise that he's 55 years old. Can't he just die already.
What's so bad about him? He's an eccentric guy who made a successful movie. I don't get the rage against him.
I always wondered what happened to him. Actually, no I didn't.
Not sure why I'm not prejudging this.
Young Einstein must have entertained me as a kid

You cannot be serious!
Young Einstein and Reckless Kelly were great films, so whatever he makes i will watch it because he entertained me when i was younger.

I saw both of these not long ago.
Memories.

I am always a fan of people actually making Austraian War movie's so i will reserve judgement on Yahoo Serious's kokoda track movie as for all i know it could be a 5 star movie (i can only hope).
The 39th Infantry Battalion was the best soldiers in Australian history and i think their battles and stories deserve to be told. A high budget movie on the 39th Infantry Battalion would be great to see.

Young Einstein is a classic. Great movie.
I think though that the Kokoda movie will be a good and accurate movie since he is on the board of the Kokoda track committee or something i recall (couldnt be bothered opening the link to find out)

It looks as if Mr. Serious is involved with The Kokoda Track Foundation as a member.

His first movie was a doco IIRC.
