But Arrested Development is.
Balls of Steel is horrible. The majority of what they do is not the slightest bit funny. Neg is alright half of the time, and Alex Zane is quite good, but the rest of it is trash.

Barely know anything about the show but considering there is a poster on this site called Barry Zuckercorn QC, and he's a Carlton supporter and one of the best Carlton posters going around, you could very well be right.;)

I had a look at IMDB before I posted this thread and heaps of people love this shite show so I am not surprised at the response. It is the worst show I have seen on TV for a long time, have to add that I dont watch a lot of TV but rather torrent what I like.

So Balls of Steel Australia started last night. Did anyone watch it? They brought Neg over from England, who as usual was a funny ****er. But apart from that, the only thing this show had going for it was full frontal nudity. The other participants were total shit. I see they have the annoying devil character back, and he was always good for a laugh on the UK show, but I'm pretty sure it's not even the same guy. Surely they can't expect this show to succeed? Unless they plan on showing tits every segment like they did last night maybe...

Nude Girl was great but you have to wonder whether that segment will get old pretty quick, the reaction of the bystander golfers was hilarious.
I'm interested in seeing how the Aus version of Annoying Devil will be (will he try too hard to copy the English one like the gameshow guy did) as well as what the Very Foreign Correspondent will do.
I'm thinking Bunny Boiler will work quite well the clip they showed at the end seemed to work.

I must be the only one who hates Alex Zane. I rarely find the gameshows funny.
I also can't stand the host for some reason.
I didn't see the aus version but I might almost check it out now the promise of frequent nudity has been made:p
Kerley's problem is that it is so obvious that it is a set up. At least with Alex Zane, the contestants legit looked like they had no idea (the Anne Frank one was awesome), but stuff like "massive knob"? Come on.

Me and my friends back in high school used to do shit like this. We ha games called Diet Coke or Its dinner time. Pretty much you walk into a unlocked house (which is quite easy to find TBH) walk in, look in the fridge and grab a soft drink. If its Diet Coke you get 10 points, otherwise you can just grab a normal one. If theres no soft drink you got to go find the owner of the house and ask them where they keep it. Someone walked in on two 60 year olds going for it one day
Dinner time is similar. Set yourself a plate and tell them your staying for dinner. Whoever gets the furtherest wins. I got to half way through a meal saying i was your sons friend. Eventually the son pipes in "Do you work with dad", "No hes your friend", "Ive never seen this guy before in my life". Never ran to a door quicker

One day we hit a car, it spun out of control and ended up on the side of the road (person down the bottom of the hill collecting the balls ran for his life :D). Car was eventually towed away, I still wonder to this day what damage we did to the car

This version is just terrible. Its either too PC and safe, or too out there/absurd. I doubt it lasts much longer
holy crap I caught some of the Australian version of this rather lame show and it would have to be the worst TV I have seen in a long time. Stunts aren't even funny.
