steady on Killer! :D

I believe he is considering AFL assistant coaching positions first. Hawks definitely, and I can't recall which other clubs.

Hard to see him not get one (plus $300k from the Blues!).

I know Parkin rated him very highly. And Schwab just sacked 2 assistants (Buckenara + 1 other), so there is room for him at Hawthorn.

Would be a smart move on Brittain's behalf to get the foot in the door at Hawthorn, considering Schwab's put his foot down and said he wants to do it all "his way". He is under pressure to come up with the results next year (read as:- needs to make the top 4). Another season like 2002 will see his demise methinks.

It is good to see that this is the calibre of coach the tiges are after, long overdue!:

Gawd, I hope KG's right!!!!!!

In that case there`ll be no need for the bye in 2004.

I heard Wayne Brittain too. Well if a new coach has to be found then it should be someone known well. It will also attract more players if we have a big name coach. If they choose someone from within the club........again then members should tear the place down !
