What albums do you love (or used to love), but never listen to any longer?

Currently, I'm listening to Radiohead's 'Ok Computer'. In putting it on this morning, I realised that I no longer listen to it much at all (probably about the third or fourth time this year at most), and it doesn't particularly grab me as the type of album that I'll listen to again for a while (this isn't to say that it's not enjoyable, though).

There was a period, from the release of this album in 1997 to midway through last year, that I would listen to this album regularly (ie: at least once a fornight, if not a great deal more).

Perhaps it's just because I do less travelling now, and it was whilst travelling that I used to listen to a lot of music (at least two hours a day). However, there are still some albums that I give a regular spin, regardless of this.

There are also other albums that I listen to less for various other reasons, which may be able to be apportioned to being associated with various relationships or feelings which are no longer relevant (which probably sounds similar to what I'm expecting a lot of other people to say in reply to this thread!).

And . . . 'Ok Computer' is still a great album.

Exile on Main Street by the Rolling Stones. A great double album but I never seem to have the time to listen to it.

Most of my New Order and Joy Division records don't get listened to as much as they used to. The other week, I did listen to "Brotherhood" and "Low-life".....great albums. I used to love the Birthday Party's "Junkyard", but I find it a very hard record to listen to straight through these days - the same goes for my old Dead Kennedys records. I can listen to individual tracks, but not the whole thing in one shot.

My Violent Femmes catalogue barely gets a gig these days sadly.
But then again with nearly 300 Cds somethings going to have to miss out.

I hear ya! When you have a heap of CDs, some stuff gets ignored not because you don't like it, but because there is just SOOOOOOO much else to listen to.

Today I dug out GNR's "Use Your Illusion 2"... I've always thought it was a great album, but I've just had my head buried in other stuff recently, like Manowar and Arch Enemy!

Only 24 hours in a day, what a bummer!

The Rolling Stones 'Get Yer Ya's Ya's Out' has been in the CD player this week for the first time in a couple of years. Almost forgotten how good it is, a great live album.

Deep Purple's 'Made In Japan' is another classic i've been neglecting for awhile.
