24.3 overs, 7 maidens, 94 runs, 7 wickets.
This was the 22nd time he has taken a bag of 5 or more wickets in an Innings, and brings his test haul to 457 wickets.
The best leg spinner the world will ever see.

The Pakis always struggle against him anyway...I'd love to see him do this against the Indians who love hitting him out of the park

Great performance by Warnie all the same:) :D

Warnie now has a lazy 10 for the game and looks like the only real chance of taking the Aussies to a victory.

He is a superstar.

Great return by Warnie! Was a bit unsure how he'd go in Sri Lanka. Lets hope Dizzy's calf injury isn't too serious

I feel that Warnie is bowling better than ever and while he might not ever produce another "Gatting Ball" - I'd say he has a good summer looming ahead of him.
The longer he plays the more wine poor old Stewy Macgill is going to have to drink to get over the disappointment!!

And I think his batting is improving too!

Well done to Warnie! He is bowling very well! I hope he returns the same in the summer series here in Australia!

Warne's or MacGill's?

It couldn't be Warnie's, a pair isn't exactly an improvement!:p

Shane Warne is a marvellous cricketer who is able to turn the game with his leg-spin bowling and is a joy to watch.

I meant Warnies - present game excluded. I thought his batting last summer was lot better and he was more consistent and reliable.
