And the worst of it? Caroline Wilson was right!! She said it would be over a mill about 6 weeks ago. Maybe she is an expert after all. Can't wait to hear all the doom 'n'gloom and mock serious sh!t on 3AW today. If you listen to Hookes and Healy (or Lyon) today you'll hear "North have lost a million, oh dear, this looks bad." but you won't hear one iota of discussion about the very real reasons for the loss.(Woeful draw,Sydney experiment failure etc)
I dont have time to spend all day trying to get through to that mob, so I will do myself a favor and not listen to them.

well at least we should have heaps of posts on our board... with all those twits coming on and telling how their brother's butcher's sister-in-law knew all about it...
All I can say is it was in the Hun and really can you trust those fools to ever get it right...
Anyway who cares... the TV Rights have secured us for another five years... so if the club just works hard in the meantime we will be right when it matters....
I think that 1.1 million is a significant loss. Although some external factors like the 2000 draw and a horrible run of luck both on and off the field did not help.North has a great history of be able to survive against the odds. Last year our membership of about 25,000 was good, it was our poor attendances at games that hurt us. Our 2001 draw looks alot more appealing.
