Barry Cable gets my vote, pipping Jimmy Krakouer... there are a few others (Bell, Melrose, Rocky...) but none in the class of the above duo...

Remind me when Jim Krakouer played well in a big game??????????

And how he brought glory and prestige and honor to our club.

I won't have a bar of him - a very good player but not in the same class.

WHEN DID JIM KRAKOUER PLAY WELL IN A BIG GAME - HE SHOULD NOT EVEN BE CONSIDERED BEFORE THE LIKES OF ROCK, HODGEMAN (tongue in cheek) or MARK ARCERI

I am so tempted to brake my rule on voting for players that I haven't seen with my own eyes, but the legend of Barry Cable looms so large in my mind. The other contenders are Peter Bell and Jimmy Krakouer.

Ah heck, rules are meant to be broken, so I'll plump for Barry Cable.

KHM

I can't remember too many big games from anyone when the Krakeours were about - we were pretty ordinary then!
