How can you not love this guy? He pretty much hits the nail on the head with everything he says. Can you imagine if Demetriou ran the AFL like this man? Dana White is one funny man. Oh, and he swears a bit so watch out if you're at work.

Some like him, some hate him, I don't mind him, says what he wants when he wants. He makes a good point, which is a very simple one, what EliteXC was bullshit and Illegal.
lol at the Kimbo fight, I Loved every minute of it, oh wait, it didn't go a minute.
For all Dana's bluster, he was pretty much spot on with that...
(though he is still in it for the money too)
There is no doubt he is a cockbag, but most presidents and CEO's are from my personal experience. Can't argue with what he's done for MMA though.
Funny stuff. I don't get the hate a lot of hardcores seem to have for Dana, I'd love to hang out with him for a day or two.

Super stuff that. I am the same, I don't see much wrong with Dana. Sure has has a bit of cockiness about him but most successful entrepeneurs do. He is so spot on with what he is saying and he loves delivering his message with passion ! :thumbsu:

agreed, he would be an awesome guy just to hang out with
what he said is 100% correct, UFC has busted its balls, been targeted by so many groups trying to ban the sport, now its getting bigger and all these other guys are trying to jump in and make quick money from it.
When he's right, he's right. And he's right in this case 100%.
Dave Meltzer reported today that EliteXC is finished after CBS backed out of purchasing the company because of the fallout of this fight. Unfortunately it looks like their upcoming card with Alvarez vs Diaz, Lawler vs Villasenor and Smith vs Lombard won't happen.

Pissed at this smith lombard and Eddie vs Diaz would have been awsome, but guess theres more fighters for affliction.
Strikeforce has taken over EliteXC's TV deal with Showtime and signed up most of their top fighters. First Showtime card is on April 11 with Frank Shamrock vs Nick Diaz as the main event.
Yeah saw that... Good to see a 2nd 'player' in the mix. Shamrock vs Diaz will be a great fight IMO. At a catch weight of 179. Should be good.

That's heavy for Diaz I would have thought. Will be a rippin' fight. Hopefully there's another Dana White interview !
