Anyone here playing this season? If your not, and you're under sixteen living near Glen Iris and would like to, come down to GICC, because we really need u-16 players.
Anyway, first two-dayer of the season we absolutely owned the opposition, just falling 4 wickets short of an outright victory. Even if the only had 10 players (so did we), one of them was sick and couldn't bat. so it ended like this:
GICC: 3-246 (Ferguson 50 ret(have to retire at 50)(not me), Morris 51 ret(not me))
BUC 1st innings: 58 all out (Rocke (me) 1-9, long name, don't know spelling 2-1)
BUC 2nd Innings 4-72 (Rocke 2-13)
So I took three wickets, but didn't bat, but a good win for the first game of the season. My wickets were bowled, bowled, LBW. one of them I set up with a bumper. which was really accurate too.
