Richmond are starting to get annoying having beaten us on the past 3 occasions, but that 8 point, comeback win in the 2007 Dreamtime game has helped stave off the hate.

There is nothing sweeter than beating Carlton.

In recent times, there has probably been no sweeter win over those bastards than late this year where we were paying $4.00 and Carlton $1.40.

I have 3 very close friends who are collingwood supporters. I get heaps of shit every anzac day that we lose.

I (thankfully) dont know any Carlton supporters, so even when we lose, thees no shit to be had from mates.

Notwithstanding the fact that I've always hated them but their supporter base are convinced that they are superior than us despite our lopsided victory count against them in the past few years.

Then you've got the media who are blowing so much smoke up their collective arses, got them convinced they'll win the flag in the next few years; whilst Essendon remain largely underrated among the general population despite having a superior list (which has been proven the last three times we have played them)

It makes me feel physically ill when they win. I'd be more than happy to go 2-20 next year as long as we beat them twice and they don't make the finals.

2003 Pre-Season Cup (Ansett, Wizard, NAB whoever was sponsoring it)

Adeliade vs. Collingwood at Telstra Dome

Myself and a friend (Geelong supporter and hater of all things Collingwood) went to the game with two other friends (Collingwood supporters).

This game easily features in my top 3 games ever attended. We sat on level 4 of Telstra Dome and must have been the only 2 "Adelaide" supporters on the level. We spent the entire night cheering as hard for the Crows as I've ever cheered in my life. Suffice to say there was not a Collingwood player that did not get bagged from us that night. Jason Cloke was on top of our list that year because he was suppose to be some kind of star. And the row of Collingwood supporters in front of us loved him, so we spent much of the night pointing out his mistakes and flaws (of which there were many).

There wasn't an errant kick, dropped mark, dodgy handball or weak effort that wasn't criticised and every Pie supporter around us knew about it.

As much as I love watching Essendon win, I think I love watching Collingwood lose more, and in a final its even more special.

That night the Crows won by 6+ goals I beleive and it was oh so sweet. Mind you we left just before the final siren because there was every chance we weren't going to make it out of TD given the amount of shit we'd given the Pies that night, and the dodgy looks we were being given.
