Well, we've picked Anthony Allen up from the Box Hill Hawks to be a part of our assistant coaching set up. Any comments on his abilities?

Cant really comment overmuch on the coaching side of it Shinners. But as a player he was a tough little centreman, back pocket from the mid-eighties that couldnt quite crack the big time.

His VFL record is pretty good as I understand it. Maybe a few like Chris, Matty and Hitters will have more info.

For what its worth, I think he will prove to be a useful asset down the boners way.

If the players huddle in real close, they might be able to hear him.

Seriously, he is a quiet speaker when talking to his players.
Annoyed us a bit, considered we couldn't hear a thing, but he has taken the guys to the finals this year, with a team consistenting of a few top up players due to guys leaving mid year, and he got through the semi with 3 players to my memory that hadn't played a game all year, and one guy that had played one game.
