Young st.kilda onballer Caydn Beetham has hung up the boots, after a few years of trying to make a name for himself he has finally succumbed to the pressures and demands of A.F.L football.
There had been talks that Beetham would continue is footy career at Richmond, Kangaroos, or Collingwood but that will not be the case now.
Good on you Caydn whatever choice you make everyone will stick by you.
Cheers

like hell we will...he has been a complete waste of space, air and resources. he has been everitt's understudy when it comes to his attitude, and i for one will happily and gladly say good riddance!
the only negative on it is we wasted such a high pick on him in the first place. i'd be happy to trade him to a team in PNG or worse, the freo dockers as pay back!
so long, see ya, not a tear in my eye...

As soon as I read the news, how did I know Philip was already dancing in the streets?
Hugely talented, stinking attitude, we blew a top 10 pick on a dud and I am only annoyed because we couldn't offload him for something and recoup some of his meaningless value.
Cadyn Beethem is a player who I would welcome if he has a serious change of attitude and apologizes to the playing group. If he can be man enough to show himself to be worth it, we can redraft him next year....with pick #80.

hey everton
what can i say...i have been saying it for ages already.
although i am *****ed that we have got nothing for our investment in him at this stage.
i would rather swallow my pride and cheer him on if it meant st.kilda becoming a very successful club, than be proved correct, however, beetham and spider are our weakest links...goodbye!
