Clayton alone, Rhode alone, or both?

Better put Campbell Rose's name in their too. There would be no committing to big name trades without the bean counters ok.
My understanding is that Clayton puts the case and the recommendations to the coach but Rhode has the final say.

My understanding is that Clayton is empowered to make some trades by himself after previously discussing the wish list with Rohde. He is also aware of which players have been agreed as trade options. If something big was on offer he would need both Peter Rohde and Campbell Rose's agreement
