anyone heared the rumor, two clubs from each metro league are to join together and make a metro super league?

If this was to occur (which I doubt), then it would be nice to have the traditional VFA sides involved and the competition be called the Victorian Football Association - giving the competition the respect it deserves as the number one metropolitan competition in the state.
The current VFL can be re-named the AFL Reserves and show its true status in the football landscape.
