Probably should have made this a poll.
Hope some of you Bombers can help me out.

Now that it's all confirmed, who out of Caracella, Blumfield, and Heffernan were you most ****ed off about losing (not taking into account what you got in return)? i.e. Who do rate as the best player of the trio? For what it's worth I don't think any of these guys are as big a loss as Hardwick was last year (unfortunately highlighted moreso when Solomon was unavailable for the year). Do you rate Blumfield. Have heard some Essendon supporters package him with McVeigh as soft. The last thing Richmond needs is another soft midfielder to complement the plethora we already have.

Cheers.

[EDIT: merged thread into a poll - S.B.]

I think Blumfield is best out of those 3

On what i've seen i'd rate caracella softer than blumfield but overall caracella is a better player.

Caracella. Although it was always going to be an uphill battle to keep him.

Cara, purely for the goal kicking ability.

I always rate Blumfield higher, but am surprised to see so many prefer Cara. I see the AFL site has a similar poll running, with a similar result as well.

Heffernan is expendible, Caracella is soft, but very skillful and can kick goals, but Blumfield is a great mark, can pick up 15-20 possessions a game, and kick a goal too. I think he's a bit harder at it than Cara, surely?
Just an outsider's point of view.
