Now now, no need to rub it in!
Woosha obviously has a high regard for Embley, and I'm guessing that Embley would probably be thinking he is damn lucky to still be in an Eagles jumper in 2003.
Hopefully this will kick start him to put his arse into gear and really start becoming a good player.

They mock us because they didn't draft Embley, yet they picked up Cochrane. I think we should be laughing at Port :D

They got Pickett. I'm not laughing.
Port are welcome to Pickett. I am 100% happy that he will never wear an Eagles jumper. I could not support the man who broke Kempy's collarbone.

I would have loved pickett at the eagles
can you imagine a forward line with chick, pickett and wilson in it
bodies crashing into each other everywhere..
not to mention phil matera chasing every defender and big Lynch running into people as well
Would have been special....

and by the way, Embley is not as bad as you suggest
sure he isn't worth pick no. 15 but I'm happy to keep him on the list for now..

Pickett was not in such good form this last season, but IMO on his day he is a sensational player, and would be in the first 18 of any side in the competition.
Port will be a lot tougher with him out on the paddock, and he is the kind of player they need to take that next step in 2003 and playoff in a GF.

Look out for Port 2003. They are the complete package.
Port did get a bargain with Pickett...but Im not too disappointed that we kept Embley, I still think he can be a really good player.

Port got a great deal with Pickett, surely they are now the toughest and physical side in the AFL - ok even par with Brisbane.
I hope Woosha knows what he's doing with Embley!
