Was watching the news tonight, and they said there's a strong possibility of redrafting key position oaf Brendon Fewster.
Surely not!!!!!!!!
Yep, heard the same thing and they said on the news Fewster would be a back up player in case of injury to one of the big men.
Brendan Fewster promised much but his career has been interrupted by injury.

Considering its a weak draft, and freo are going with a reduced squad, re-drafting a mature player for backup at pick #80-something isn't that bad an idea. He'd probably only cost you minimum wage (probably like $50k).

Freo re-drafting him? I wouldn't mind it if we do.

I can't believe all this support for the same match-losing goofball I've been cringing over for the past few years!!!
Class A hack. He has size and thats it. I thought all Docker fans were in raptures over the news we delisted him?? Clearly not.
Is Clinton Wolf still playing anywhere? Have to be a better bet than buzz...

To hell with that
I give me shipp back
I've heard the following rumours about Fewster's future next year..
West Perth
Swan Districts
Fremantle
Western Bulldogs
Take your pick... but I would be surprised to see him in an AFL jumper .. great WAFL player, that is where he belongs.
Pavlich
J. Lo
Croad
Simmonds
McPharlin
S hi thouse
Hadrill
Grover
Jones
Now thats not a bad list of key position big men. Cant see why you redraft a hack like Fewster.
What i cant understand about Freo is why they pigion hole Croad as a full forward. Personally i would think this bloke would be more damaging on a wing where he is strong enough to take marks in the middle of the ground, quick enough to run with the ball through the middle or out of the backline, smart enough to set up play, and has great closing speed to make tackles. Croad is wasted at full forward, let him kick goals from the wing and leave J. Lo, Farmer and Medders as the specialist forwards.
Croad on a wing, with Des on the other, Pavlich at CHF where he belongs kicking goals from outside 50m and roaming all over the field like Carey used to do, and all of a sudden you have a much more attacking and imposing freo line up.
Wake up Connolly.
Interesting proposition putting Croad on a wing, I haven't seen enough Freo games to judge whether he is fast enough for a wing or not.

I don't know if he could play on the wing. He would do alright at CHB though I reckon. I'd rather see that and let Pav play more forward/ in the middle.

Shippy is doing pre-season at West Coast. Most wce fans are against picking him up it seems but i'd like him:)
Fewster...pass, don't want him back nor should freo
Mott would now be up the top of the shopping list.
Sorry Buzz, but at least Mott knows what to do with his body.
